Metals: Copper Anode Balls

 

 Palm International supplies high purity Copper Anode Balls for use in the surface finishing industry. These Copper Anode Balls are produced by a forging process under stringent quality control standards and testing. After processing, the anode balls are cleaned, washed and ready for use.

Palm provides two grades of copper to meet the demanding needs of most electroplating processes. The oxygen content of Oxygen Free anodes is controlled to less than 10 ppm providing uniform dissolution in cyanide, pyrophosphate and fluoborate baths. Phosphorized Copper Anode Balls containing 0.04 to 0.065 percent phosphorus are required for acid copper solutions.

Two inch diameter Copper Anode Balls weighing approximately 1.1 Lbs. each, are available in both OF and Phos grades.
