COPPER ANODES
Palm's copper anodes are produced solely from virgin
copper cathode, using a high technology, continuous casting method.
The grain structure ofthis material grows from the surface to
the center, resulting in uniform corrosion of the anode.
The casting process is closely monitored and controlled. Quality
analyses are strategically performed to ensure conformance to
chemical specifications. Analysis documentation is sent with
each shipment, and also kept on permanent file at Palm
Palm anodes are produced in a broad range of geometries and
sizes, ideal for just about any plating application. It's easy
to find the Palm anode that best matches the basket configurations,
electrical settings and other factors specific to the plating
plant and process. So, platers can always be confident they are
using the anode that will help optimize the quality and productivity
of the plating operation and minimize waste.
Copper anodes are available in two forms phosphorized
and oxygen-free.
