The Palm Instruments 9000 series are precision microprocessor based controllers designed for use in a wide range of industrial control applications. From flow to pH and ORP, The 9000 series offers ease-of-use with identical operating patterns and standard installation.

The controller's outer case is constructed of tough ABS plastic, along with quality conscious electronic design and strict testing parameters, the 9000 series assures the industrial ruggedness required for any indoor or outdoor application.

Simply access the electronics by removing the front panel without removing wires or opening your control cabinet, use the plug-in cards to interchange inputs and outputs to your specific system configuration.

All the hardware requirements are supported by a menu driven software that will guide you through the necessary calibration parameters, using the alpha numeric display. The microprocessor's unique "Self Verification" Process will check for plug-in cards available and expand or reduce the setup menus accordingly. Complete front panel calibration will leave feature flexibility at your fingertips.

Interchangeable plug-in cards offer mix and match of a variety of outputs, such as 4-20mA, 0-20 mA, 0-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC versions. These cards are analyzed by the software's unique multiple point linearizer, resulting in a fully compensated performance curve, offering optimized accuracy with any current or voltage output card.

Use the relay card to program independent setpoints and programmable hysteresis or assign a pulsing function for applications such as a proportional chemical injection and metering pump control.
